The consumer electronics brand reported Rs 2,931 crore in FY26 revenue, while net profit rose 38% from the previous year.
Consumer electronics brand boAt reported a 38% year-on-year increase in profit after tax to Rs 84.5 crore in FY26, up from Rs 61.1 crore a year earlier.
The company reported Rs 2,931 crore in revenue from operations for the financial year, as it strengthened profitability across several parts of its business.
Wearables business returns to profit.
One of the key improvements came from boAt’s wearables segment, which returned to profitability during FY26.
The segment reported a profit of around Rs 7 crore, compared with a loss of Rs 54 crore in FY25.
The turnaround comes as the company continues to focus on improving operating discipline and strengthening the profitability of its core businesses.
boAt said it ended FY26 with approximately Rs 397 crore in cash reserves and zero bank debt.
Other categories drive profit growth
The company’s “other” segment, which includes products such as charging solutions, cables and gaming devices, also recorded a significant improvement.
Profit from the segment increased to Rs 46 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 14 crore in the previous year.
The performance suggests that newer categories are beginning to contribute more meaningfully to boAt’s overall growth and profitability.
International revenue more than doubles
boAt also reported strong growth in its international business.
Revenue from international markets more than doubled to Rs 45 crore in FY26, compared with approximately Rs 20 crore in FY25.
The company is now looking to expand its presence outside India while developing additional consumer technology categories.
boAt targets its next phase of growth
Gaurav Nayyar, CEO of boAt, said FY26 was focused on strengthening the company’s foundations while navigating a challenging external environment.
“Our focus now shifts from turnaround to growth,” Nayyar said, according to PTI.
He said the company is preparing for “boAt 2.0”, with plans to build on its leadership in audio while developing new growth engines across international markets and categories such as projectors, grooming products and charging solutions.
The FY26 results mark a shift for boAt from rebuilding profitability towards pursuing its next phase of expansion, supported by a stronger balance sheet, zero bank debt and improving performance across newer business segments.
