Mayank Jain will lead Magicbricks as the property platform makes a change at the top.
Real estate platform Magicbricks has appointed Mayank Jain as its chief executive officer, effective October 1, 2026. Jain will lead the company’s next phase of growth as it expands its digital capabilities and strengthens its position in India’s property market.
Jain joins Magicbricks from CarDekho, where he served as CEO of Auto Classifieds for more than five years. He brings over two decades of experience across digital, media, technology, and consumer businesses.
Mayank Jain to Focus on Business Transformation
In his new role, Jain will focus on business transformation, operational efficiency, and financial performance. He will also drive technology-led innovation and strengthen the platform’s consumer-centric approach as property transactions and services increasingly move online.
Jain holds an MBA from INSEAD, a postgraduate diploma in management from the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon, and a degree in computer engineering.
He will be based at Magicbricks’ Noida office and report to N. Subramanian, executive director and group CEO of The Times Group.
Magicbricks Expands Beyond Property Listings
Magicbricks records more than 2 crore monthly visits and offers over 15 lakh active property listings. The platform has expanded beyond property searches to provide services such as home loans, interior solutions, and expert real estate advice.
These offerings position the company to serve buyers, sellers, and other real estate stakeholders across more stages of the property journey.
With Jain at the helm, Magicbricks is expected to focus on scaling its platform, improving the user experience, and expanding its technology-enabled services as India’s real estate market becomes increasingly digital.
