The new offering expands InCred’s wealth business, which has crossed Rs 1 lakh crore in assets, with services designed for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
InCred Capital has launched InCred Black, a new wealth management proposition aimed at ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and business families.
The offering is designed to provide personalised wealth management services and broader access to investment and financial solutions, including asset allocation, alternative investments, public and private markets, credit, liquidity solutions and global investing.
Building on InCred’s wealth business
InCred Black builds on InCred’s existing wealth management business, which has crossed Rs 1 lakh crore in assets under management and already serves a significant base of UHNI clients.
The company said the new proposition is intended for clients with more sophisticated wealth management requirements and will bring together the wider capabilities of the InCred group under a single offering.
Bhupinder Singh, Founder and Group CEO of InCred, said:
“InCred Black raises the bar further, bringing a sharper proposition, differentiated access and the full capabilities of InCred to our most sophisticated clients, while strengthening the broader wealth management platform.”
Focus on sophisticated investors
The launch reflects InCred Capital’s effort to deepen its presence in the UHNI segment, where clients often require more than conventional portfolio management.
InCred Black will cover multiple areas of wealth management, including public and private markets, alternatives, credit and global investments, alongside liquidity and asset allocation solutions.
By combining these capabilities, the company is positioning InCred Black as a more comprehensive offering for wealthy entrepreneurs and business families managing complex portfolios and long-term financial requirements.
The launch also comes as wealth managers increasingly compete for India’s growing pool of affluent investors, particularly founders, entrepreneurs and family businesses seeking access to both domestic and global investment opportunities.
