The company has launched a 3.9 lakh sq ft campus on Noida Expressway to support the region’s expanding Global Capability Centre ecosystem.

IndiQube has expanded its footprint in North India with a new 3.9 lakh sq ft managed workspace in Noida, aiming to meet rising demand from Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and technology companies.

IndiQube Spaces Limited has announced the addition of a new managed workspace spanning approximately 3.9 lakh square feet in Sector 142, Noida, marking its largest center in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Located along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the 14-floor development strengthens the company’s presence in North India as demand for premium managed office spaces continues to grow.

Noida Emerges as a GCC Destination

The Noida Expressway has become one of the fastest-growing office corridors in North India, attracting technology companies, multinational firms, and Global Capability Centres.

The location offers several advantages, including:

  • Direct connectivity via the Noida Metro.
  • Proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport.
  • Access to skilled talent across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, and Ghaziabad.
  • Expanding residential and social infrastructure.

These factors have helped position the corridor as an attractive destination for enterprises looking to establish or expand their operations.

IndiQube Strengthens Its North India Expansion

The newly added property forms part of IndiQube’s broader strategy to expand beyond its strong presence in southern India.

The company plans to transform the building into a fully managed workspace offering flexible office solutions alongside integrated workplace amenities designed for enterprise clients.

Rishi Das, Co-founder and CEO of IndiQube, said North India will play a significant role in the company’s next phase of growth.

He noted that while Bengaluru and southern markets have been the company’s foundation, enterprise demand across NCR continues to accelerate, particularly along the Noida Expressway.

According to Das, the new property provides the scale needed to serve growing demand from technology companies and GCCs while reinforcing IndiQube’s long-term commitment to the region.

Focus on Experience-Led Workspaces

Beyond traditional office infrastructure, IndiQube plans to develop the campus as an integrated workplace ecosystem.

The facility will include collaborative workspaces, wellness zones, food and dining experiences, and the company’s proprietary MiQube workplace technology platform.

Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder of IndiQube, said enterprises are increasingly prioritizing workplaces that improve employee wellbeing, collaboration, and organizational culture rather than simply leasing office space.

She added that the new campus will allow IndiQube to deliver the same experience-led workspace model in NCR that it has built across other major Indian cities.

Supporting Future Growth

With the addition of the Noida property, IndiQube continues expanding its managed workspace portfolio in markets supported by strong infrastructure, deep talent pools, and sustained enterprise demand.

The company said it will continue evaluating opportunities in established and emerging business hubs as organizations increasingly adopt flexible and managed office solutions to support long-term growth.
