Info Edge’s Q2 billings rose 12.8% year-on-year to ₹822 crore, helped by growth in its 99acres and Jeevansathi businesses.
Info Edge (India) Ltd, the parent company of Naukri, 99acres and Jeevansathi, reported a 12.8% year-on-year increase in standalone billings to ₹822.3 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with ₹729 crore a year earlier.
The company said underlying standalone billings growth was around 14% after adjusting for the timing of customer renewals in its recruitment business.
For the first six months of FY27, standalone billings increased 13.5% to ₹1,559.3 crore from ₹1,373.2 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Recruitment Business Remains the Largest Segment
Info Edge’s recruitment solutions business, which includes Naukri, remained its biggest segment. Billings rose 12.6% year-on-year to ₹613.8 crore in Q2 FY27 from ₹545 crore a year earlier.
After adjusting for customer renewal timing, the company estimated underlying recruitment billings growth at around 14% to 15%.
In Q1 FY27, recruitment billings had grown 17.5%, although the company estimated underlying growth at around 15%.
Info Edge also reported increasing adoption of its B2B AI products, AI-Rex and Talent Pulse, with both products recording growth in new customer sign-ups and revenue contribution.
99acres Billings Grow 21.2%
Real estate platform 99acres recorded 21.2% year-on-year growth in billings to ₹148.3 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with ₹122.4 crore in the same quarter last year.
The growth accelerated from the 16.5% increase recorded in the previous quarter.
According to SimilarWeb data cited by Info Edge, 99acres maintained a stable share of category traffic during July and August 2026, with a 49% share of web time and 59% share of app time.
For the first half of FY27, 99acres billings rose 19.2% to ₹258.4 crore from ₹216.8 crore.
Jeevansathi and Aisle Post Double-Digit Growth
Info Edge’s matchmaking business also delivered strong growth during the quarter.
Jeevansathi’s standalone billings increased 18.4% year-on-year to ₹39.7 crore from ₹33.5 crore. Aisle, which operates as a step-down subsidiary through Jeevansathi Internet Services, recorded 40% growth.
Including Aisle, the broader matchmaking business reported 23.1% growth in billings during Q2 FY27.
For the first six months, Jeevansathi billings increased 16.3% to ₹79.3 crore from ₹68.2 crore.
Shiksha Billings Fall 27.2% as AI Search Shift
Education platform Shiksha remained under pressure, with billings declining 27.2% year-on-year to ₹20.5 crore in Q2 FY27 from ₹28.1 crore a year earlier.
Info Edge attributed the decline to changes in online search behaviour, as AI-powered search tools increasingly provide answers directly, reducing traffic reaching Shiksha through traditional search engines.
The company said it is adapting Shiksha’s business model and developing new offerings to reduce its dependence on search referrals. However, billings growth is expected to remain under pressure while these initiatives are developed and scaled.
For the first half of FY27, Shiksha billings fell 24.5% to ₹55.1 crore from ₹72.9 crore.
First-Half Billings Rise 13.5%
Info Edge’s recruitment solutions billings increased 14.9% year-on-year in the first half of FY27 to ₹1,166.5 crore from ₹1,015.3 crore.
Overall, the company’s standalone billings rose 13.5% during the first six months of the financial year.
The company said the figures for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026 are unaudited and were released ahead of its official financial results. The numbers remain subject to review and approval by the Audit Committee, Board of Directors and statutory auditors.
Info Edge also clarified that billings represent the value of invoices raised during a period and differ from reported revenue, which is recognised under applicable accounting standards. The figures therefore do not represent the company’s final revenue or profit for the quarter.
